1 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp lupin flakes
1 tbsp tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
1 pinch cinnamon
200 ml milk of choice

Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until combined.
